A message from Eat Natural

These are difficult times for all of us and we are of course concerned about our families and yours. If one thing is clear to us, however, it's that keeping shelves stocked with our snacks and cereals and our employees in full paid employment is the simplest way we can help. We're thankful to our staff, suppliers and retailers for their continued support and good nature as we work through some unprecedented challenges. Here's what we're doing now and for the coming weeks and months.

We're doing all we can to keep our business running.

It's our job to protect the employment of our staff and to keep food on shop shelves. Our team is working hard to make sure we continue sending stock out to the shops you rely on. Things are trickier than normal with the supply of ingredients and packaging and the things we need to make our produce, but we're doing all we can. We're keeping in contact with our food manufacturer friends and partners too, to see how we can help each other. We're also mindful of those front-line workers who bring our bars to you, whether by driving delivery vans, stocking shelves, or operating checkouts.

Our team is everything to us.

In this fast-moving situation we're updating our staff regularly and have stepped up our already rigourous cleaning routines. We’re evolving our social interactions and helping our people to work from home where possible. With local schools partially closed we're being as flexible as we can to support staff with children at home. Every member of our team is sharing a special pack of our bars with their families.

We're doing everything we can for our community.

Each year we donate thousands of our fruit and nut bars for free and now we're redirecting boxes to Fareshare to be distributed to charities supporting society's most vulnerable people at this unprecedented and extraordinarily challenging time for those in need. Our team is boxing up as many bars as they can, and we'll be on the road soon delivering them to local food banks and community groups around our home town of Halstead, and to Sudbury, Braintree, Colchester and the smaller towns and villages.

We wish you all well; stay safe, follow government guidelines and most of all let’s share some love and kindness with our fellow humans.
