our growing vegan range

Our plant-based range is branching out...

At Eat Natural we've always been powered by plants. Our love for the world's diverse nuts, seeds, fruits and beans (the cocoa bean in particular!) is why we started baking bars more than 20 years ago.

But our passion for honey means not everyone's been able to join the party. So, we've been working hard to make sure everyone can enjoy our bakes. We've discovered that coconut blossom nectar does a pretty great job of sweetening natural grains and seeds, and that maple syrup is delicious when combined with pecans and peanuts.

Taste for yourself...

Simply vegan – peanuts, coconut & chocolate

It’s really not rocket science. Mixing a careful balance of natural hero ingredients – chunky peanuts, roasted chickpeas and creamy seeds – is always going to make for something special.

We add a few high-powered extras too: our unsulphured Turkish apricots for chew, toasted coconut for fibre, delicious coconut blossom nectar and a thick undercoating of dark chocolate.

Extra protein maple syrup, pecans & peanuts

Pecan and maple syrup are a match made in our Makery, where we drizzle the tree syrup over hunky nuts, creamy seeds and crisped rice.

A protein hit (8.3g per bar) is part of the package, but it’s the jumble of crisp, crunch and chew that’ll keep you coming back.

A sprinkle of sea salt and voila! A vegan treat for the many, not the few.

Low sugar granola

The UK’s first plant-based granola to limbo under the bar on sugar is made with Indonesian coconut blossom nectar.

At our Makery we drizzle the nectar over toasted coconut shavings, whole roasted almonds, wholegrain oats, crunchy buckwheat and creamy sunflower seeds.

The result is a light but satisfying bowlful that’s big on flavour and fibre, but low on sugar (just 2.2g per serving).

Nutty granola

Our nutty granola is a real crowd-pleaser, crammed with big-hitting flavours: hunky peanuts, whole almonds and coconut slivers cluster up with golden spelt and corn flakes, crunchy seeds, toasted rye crumb and wholegrain oats.

A dash of sea salt and a drizzle of coconut blossom nectar (but no refined sugars) ramp up the flavour to create a fab family breakfast with the added benefit of being high in fibre.
