fruits & fibre with coconut, apricot, oats and spelt flakes

We like to team our wholegrains (plump jumbo oats and crispy spelt flakes, lightly toasted for a nuttier taste) with natural indulgences. Our caramelly apricots, moist jumbo sultanas, chewy dates and toasted coconut are just the job. Our mini rice crispies lighten the mix (each grain is smaller than your standard puffed rice. It works better that way); a final drizzle of honey syrup makes it a cereal bar worth treating yourself to. Oaty and chewy.

Mixed cereals 25% (wholegrain OATS (GLUTEN) 15%, toasted SPELT (WHEAT) flakes 10% (SPELT, salt), glucose syrup, shredded coconut 15%, sultanas 9%, honey, dates 8%, rapeseed oil, dried apricots 5%, crisped rice (rice, sugar), dried skimmed MILK.
