We like to team our wholegrains (plump jumbo oats and crispy spelt flakes, lightly toasted for a nuttier taste) with natural indulgences. Our caramelly apricots, moist jumbo sultanas, chewy dates and toasted coconut are just the job. Our mini rice crispies lighten the mix (each grain is smaller than your standard puffed rice. It works better that way); a final drizzle of honey syrup makes it a cereal bar worth treating yourself to. Oaty and chewy.
