This tasty granola is a true treat but with a few hidden benefits. Our mix of three omega-rich seeds mingle with whole almonds, crisp rye crumbs, and plump wholegrain oats. Shreds of succulent coconut and a little chicory root amp up the fibre content. Crispy nuggets of soya protein and puffed rice add a pleasing crunch. A generous drizzle of honey (but no refined sugars) brings a warm sweetness. Wholesome and sweet.

NUTS and seeds mix 29% (sunflower seeds, linseeds, pumpkin seeds, ALMONDS), wholegrain OATS 23%, toasted RYECRUMBS (WHEAT flour (with calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), RYE flour, malted BARLEY, yeast, salt), honey 7%, shredded coconut 7%, chicory root fibre, crisped rice (rice), rapeseed oil, SOYA protein crispies (SOYA protein isolate, tapioca starch, salt).
